Police investigating early morning shots fired call

Colorado Springs police are investigating a shots fired call in the 1900 block of South Chelton Boulevard around 3 this morning.

Witnesses told investigators that between 10 and 15 shots were heard in the area.

A number of shell casings were recovered at the scene, but none of the surrounding homes of cars were damaged.

An investigation is ongoing, but police say the do not have any suspects yet.
