Man accused of arranging sexual encounter with undercover cop posing as teen
Police say a Colorado Springs man went to a coffee shop to meet a 14-year-old girl and wound up in handcuffs instead.
According to investigators, Jason Aaron Kozak contacted who he thought was a teenage girl through a mobile phone app. They say Kozak sent a naked photo of himself and asked for naked photos of the “teen.”
Police say Kozak arranged to meet the “teen” for sex at a westside coffee shop. That’s when he was arrested. They say a search warrant was executed at his home and digital evidence was recovered.
