Motorcyclist killed in Fremont County crash
A Florence man was killed Saturday in a motorcycle accident in Fremont County.
The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office said the crash happened on Coal Creek Drive in Coal Creek around 11 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies said 26-year-old Thomas James Dale was heading east on Coal Creek Drive when he tried to turn and hit a guard rail.
Alcohol was likely not a factor deputies said, but Dale was not wearing a helmet.
Colorado State Patrol helped investigate the crash.
