Hikers in Cheyenne Canyon rescued by CSFD
A group of lost hikers in North Cheyenne Canyon Park had to be rescued by the Colorado Springs Fire Department Monday night.
The fire department tweeted around 10 p.m. Monday (6/2/14) that it was responding to a high angle rescue in Cheyenne Canyon.
Around 10:30 p.m. Monday, the fire department said rescuers found the lost hikers and started heading back down the Mount Cutler trail.
No one was hurt, the fire department said.
