Woodland Park mayor says he’s innocent of sexual assault on a child
Woodland Park Mayor David Turley made his first court appearance Wednesday (5/28/14) after being arrested for sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust.
Turley was arrested by Woodland Park Police on May 23, 2014.
In court Wednesday, Turley was ordered not to have contact with his accuser or his accuser’s family. He’s also not allowed to be alone with anyone under the age of 18.
Turley says that the charges make him sick.
He is currently out on bond.
