Detectives investigating murder seek information about SUV
Pueblo Police say surveillance cameras spotted an SUV in the area where a murder victim was found just hours before a passerby made the gruesome discovery.
Mario Gendoes, 18, was found shot to death in the 600 block of Portland Ave. on the morning of May 6, 2014. His body was found in a ditch at the Dionisio Metal Scrap Yard.
On May 15, 2014, police released surveillance images that they say show an SUV that was spotted in the area where Gendoes’ body was found. They say the images were captured between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. on May 5, 2014.
