Third arrest made in Springs kidnapping investigation
Colorado Springs Police say the third and final suspect who they were looking for in connection to a December 2013 kidnapping has been arrested.
Brian Rubalcava, 39, is facing charges for first degree kidnapping.
The other two suspects have been identified as Suzanne Capretz, 29, and Timothy Vigil, 29. They were previously arrested.
The three are accused of kidnapping two people in the 300 block of S. 18th Street on Friday, December 20, 2013.
Police say the victims were later released.
