Man arrested after deputies say he forced his way into a house
El Paso County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a man for child abuse and false imprisonment after they said they received a 911 call reporting a false shooting.
According to the deputies, officers responded to the call in the 900 block of Cardinal Street around 5pm yesterday evening.
A SWAT team surrounded the home, and deputies said Aaron Olson, 23, eventually came out.
Deputies said Olson did not live in the house, and he was immediately arrested. They said Olson forced his way into the house and that no shots were fired.
