Body found in Monument meth lab identified

The body of a man found last week in a methamphetamine lab in Monumenthas been identified as 42-year-old Rodney Tigges.

An initialautopsy report showed no foul play or signs of outward trauma.

Deputies saidthe final autopsy report would be released after the toxicology report came out.

Tigges was found in a home on the2800 block of Hunters Glen Roadon Wednesday, November 13.

Sheriff’s deputies said they were looking for a man on probation when they found the lab and Tigges’s body.

The Hazmat team was later called to the house as Deputies believed the methamphetamine lab wasactive.
