Police search for driver in rollover accident
Police are looking for a driver who ran from the scene of a crash at the intersection of Carefree Cir. N. and Oro Blanco Dr.
Two cars crashed around midnight Saturday. Police say a van attempted to make a left turn onto Oro Blanco Dr. when it was broadsided by an oncoming car. The van rolled over.
The driver and passenger of the van ran from the scene of the crash.
Officers followed a trail of blood to a nearby townhome and found the passenger a short time after. The passenger was taken to the hospital to treat serious injuries, but is expected to live.
Police are still looking for the driver of the van.
Police do not know if alcohol was a factor in the accident.
