The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign has been hit by thieves.
A spokesperson for the campaign says one of the red kettles was stolen from the Walmart on East Woodmen Road near Powers Boulevard Friday.
The Salvation army said this is the second stolen red kettle in Colorado Springs this year. The first theft happened Nov. 30 at the Walmart on Razorback Road.
Colorado Springs police are investigating both incidents.
