2 Colo. Springs men arrested for assault
Colorado Springs police said a man was assaulted after he attacked his live-in girlfriend.
Officers were called to the 1500 block of S. Chelton Road just before 3 a.m. Saturday.
They said they found a man who had been assaulted by several men in the parking lot of an apartment complex.
The man suffered serious injuries and had to be taken to Memorial Hospital for his injures.
Police said during their investigation of this assault, they were able to identify one of the attackers and arrest him.
Officers then discovered that the man who had been assaulted had actually attacked his live-in girlfriend earlier in the night.
He was eventually arrested for domestic violence assault and booked into jail.
Police said they arrested Ricardo Fagins and Josh Williams.
