Carrier Investigation: Why Wasn’t Anything Done For Four Years?
Last week, a jury found Joshua Carrier guilty on 21 counts — mostly for sexual exploitation of children.
Target 13 learned that the case against Carrier started back in 2007 when his name was found on a photo-sharing website used for pornography. But the case wasn’t turned over to Colorado Springs Police until 2011.
Now the question is, “Why wasn’t anything done for four years?”
Tonight on NewsChannel 13 at 10 p.m., Laurie Cipriano finds out where the breakdown happened and why it took so long for Carrier to lose his job.
