Progressive Car Insurance To Hire 129 People In Colorado Springs

Progressive car insurance is filling 129 positions in sales and service in Colorado Springs.

Phone representatives will sell policies or answer customer questions. The positions require work experience in a customer service environment.

All positions offer paid training. In addition, employees receive medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits.

Progressive says it has performance bonuses, a casual dress code, on-site medical facilities for employees and their families, and fitness centers.

According to the Progressive press release, active-duty reservists who earn less in the military than they do at Progressive don’t face a pay cut because Progressive makes up the difference. Progressive also provides continued medical benefits for active-duty reservists and their families and offers a hiring program for military spouses.
