Garcia Accused Of Kidnapping 2 Young Girls

An affidavit obtained by KRDO NewsChannel 13 shows Jose Garcia accused of kidnapping two Pueblo girls.

In the second case, the affidavit states Garcia punched the victim in the face and tied her hands together before driving to Colorado Springs.

Garcia told police he didn’t sexually assault the victim, but an exam indicates she could have been sexually assaulted.

When the young girl was asked what happened in Garcia’s truck, she said she didn’t want to talk about the bad things. She would also hide behind a pillow or stuffed animal.

The young girl was found after Garcia’s truck broke down. Someone found them and drove them to a Circle K in Colorado Springs. The young girl ran inside and called police.

Another affidavit, showed Garcia kidnapped another young girl. He took her out of school sexually assaulted her, according to the affidavit.

Both girls are recovering with their families.
