Lamar Man Arrested For Sex Assault
Prowers County deputies arrested a Lamar man on Tuesday for sexual assault.
29-year-old Jesus Roman is accused of having sex with an underage female.
In October, the Sheriff’s Office got a report of a missing 15-year-old girl. At the time, it was determined that the girl was possibly with Roman. During their investigation, Roman admitted to having sex with the girl.
Roman left the area after being determined a suspect, but was located Tuesday and arrested on a warrant.
Roman is being held at the Prowers County Jail on a $1,500 bond.
