UPDATE: Lockdown Lifted At D11 Schools
A lockdown on four District 11 schools has been lifted Wednesday afternoon.
Police were responding to a burglary in progress at 364 E Wade Lane.
Grant Elementary School, Globe Charter School, Penrose Elementary School, and Sabin Middle School were initially on lockdown because of the police activity.
Police have all three suspects of the burglary in custody.
