No Pueblo County Charges Against Doughertys
The Pueblo District Attorney announced in court on Monday he would not file charges against the Doughertys.
Bill Thiebaut filed an motion in Pueblo Court on Monday stating he would not file charges against the three Doughertys who led Pueblo County Sheriff’s Deputies on a chase.
That chase ended in Walsenburg in Huerfano County and the three Doughertys, Dylan, Ryan Stanley and Lee Grace already face a total of 76 charges among them.
The Doughertys were wanted in Florida and Georgia before they were spotted and apprehended in Colorado.
They are scheduled to appear in Huerfano County for a preliminary hearing on September 20.
