Jack-Knifed Semi Backs Up Traffic On I-25 Near PPIR

A semi jack-knifed on the southbound side of Interstate 25 near PPIR Monday closed one lane of traffic

When the truck jack-knifed one of the fuel tanks was damaged, causing a diesel fuel leak.

Hazmat crews were called in to clean up the spill.
