Tuesday PM Weather Update: Rain showers and cool weather overnight

Clouds will thicken and rain will eventually develop overnight into Wednesday morning from Colorado Springs to Pueblo as a cool front dips across the regions. This will deliver some beneficial rain to the are but it will also bring some cool weather with it.

Wednesday: A cool and cloudy day expected with on and off rain showers for the first half of the day. Clearer skies will move in by the afternoon and evening. Highs will only be in the mid 50s to near 60s.

Extended: Warmer and drier conditions will be with us from Thursday through the Weekend. An afternoon chance of thunderstorms will stay with us every day but they'll be scattered in nature. With these afternoon storms comes the chance of thunder and lightning so keep an eye to the sky.
