KRDO’s Thursday Afternoon Pet of the Week

Olivia is the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region's Pet of the Week! She is an eight-year-old black Domestic Shorthair cat who came into HSPPR as a stray.

· Olivia is a big cat who is looking for a family to cheer her on as she begins her weight-loss journey.

· She’s hoping to trade a few extra pounds for more playtime, healthier habits, and a lifetime of love with her new family.

· Olivia may take a little time to warm up, but once she does, she’s wonderfully affectionate and loves to lean into pets and headbutt her favorite people.

· When she’s really in the mood for attention, Olivia will roll right over as if to say, “I think you missed a spot.”

· She has experience living with another cat and did well, so she may enjoy sharing her home with a feline friend.
