KRDO’S Tuesday Afternoon Pet of the Week

Luna Lovett is your KRDO Pet of the Week from the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region! She is a four-year-old brown and white pit bull mix who came into HSPPR as an owner surrender.

· Luna is a shy girl when you first meet her, but given some time and space, her personality shines through

· She’ll do best as an only dog or in a home where the other dog won’t pay her much attention

· Luna does fabulous with children, but slow introductions to any new people and pets in her life are always a good idea

· Luna does not have any experience with cats, so proper management of space would be important to meeting any new friends in your home

· Luna will make a great companion for someone looking to add a lovely dog to their home!
