KRDO’s Thursday Morning Pet of the Week

Zero_1603486

KRDO’s Pet of the Week, brought to you by the Humane Society and High Country Veterinary Hospital.

Zero is your KRDO pet of the week from Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region! Zero is a cream-colored Great Pyrenees and Labrador Retriever mix that came in as an owner surrender and now he’s looking for a new home.

Zero is all excitement, all the time! He is friendly and sweet with everyone, and he has the energy to go around. He will need daily exercise, toys, and mental stimulation to get his energy out and keep his mind busy. When he’s not running around and playing, Zero does like to “sit” and “shake” for treats.

With Zero being a big guy that gets excited, he might do best with an owner that’s experience working with energetic dogs. He can be pushy with other dogs because of his size, so it’s recommended that he has slow introductions to new dogs.

Want to know more about Zero? Visit hsppr.org or visit in person at 610 Abbot Lane in Colorado Springs. Adoption hours are 11 am – 5 pm weekdays and 11:00 am – 4:30 pm.
