Warm temps to start the week

EVENING: Comfortable conditions will linger into the overnight hours. Mild temperatures, few clouds and calm winds will persist.

MONDAY: High pressure remains in control, allowing temperatures to warm about 10-15 degrees above average. 72 is the expected high in the Springs and 79 in Pueblo. A few afternoon clouds are expected, with a VERY stray shower possible across the Pikes Peak Region.

EXTENDED: Fire danger increases Tuesday and Wednesday ahead of our next system. By Wednesday PM, a front will move through the region bringing cooler temperatures and precipitation chances through Saturday.
