2 in hospital after rollover crash
The westbound lanes of Pikes Peak Avenue between South Prospect Street and Colorado Avenue were briefly closed Saturday morning due to a rollover crash.
Colorado Springs police report that only only one vehicle was involved in the crash. Officers say an SUV hit the curb and flipped, possibly causing the ejection of an occupant.
Two people were taken to the hospital, but investigators did not say how badly they were hurt.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
