Woman cited for theft, accused of stealing flowers in Old Colorado City
Colorado Springs police arrested a woman suspected of stealing hundreds of dollars worth of flowers throughout Old Colorado City.
Police say hundreds of flowers, valued at about $1,500, were stolen from their flower pots in July.
Police arrested Debra Porzio, 55, on Tuesday (9/29/15), and developed enough information to cite her for theft.
