Police arrest Colo. Springs kidnapping suspect
A fourth person has been arrested while skiing in Breckenridge after a man told Colorado Springs police he and two friends had escaped from kidnappers.
Stephen Woolwine was arrested Nov. 28 after police on foot and on skis worked with resort security to track down Woolwine at the ski area.
Woolwine was wanted on kidnapping charges. Joshua Takacs, Dustin Turner and Corey Garrett are also facing charges of suspicion of kidnapping.
Police said the alleged abductions occurred shortly after midnight on Nov. 27 when they responded to a report of a gunman chasing another man. The other two victims were later found safe.
