Police investigate armed robbery
Colorado Springs police are looking for a man who robbed the 7-Eleven on Shasta Drive early Thursday morning.
Police tell us a man with a gun walked into the store shortly before 1 a.m. and demanded money.
The man left on foot after getting some money from the register.
He’s described as a black man in his mid to late twenties. He was approximately 5’6″-5’8″,150-160lbs, wearing a gray hoodie covering his head and a blue bandanna over his face.
Police said he put the money in a blue backpack before fleeing on foot.
