Garcia Waives Advisment, Remains In Jail
The man accused of kidnapping two little girls from pueblo and sexually assaulting one of them waived his advisement.
Jose Garcia, 29, remains in jail. He is accused of kidnapping his ex-girlfriend’s daughter and sexually assaulting before returning her to school, and later abducting a 9-year-old girl.
That little girl managed to save herself and she was found in Colorado Springs.
Garcia is scheduled to be back in court on March 12.
