So far only minor street flooding has been reported, but there are storms over parts of Colorado Springs and El Paso County that are moving very slowly and have the potential to create more severe flooding, according to StormTracker 13 Chief Meteorologist Matt Meister. The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for Teller and El Paso counties due to these storms.
