On the Lookout: Police need help finding alleged thief, wanted kidnapper
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- Local law enforcement need your help finding two people, including an alleged thief and a woman wanted for a kidnapping charge.
Detectives with the El Paso County Sheriff's Office need help to identify a thief who hit up the Big R store, at 165 Fontaine Boulevard, Saturday, November 14th. The crime occurred between 6:00-6:30 p.m.
The white male, who is 6'3", and between 20-30 years old, with tattoos on his hands, walked into the Big R and loaded a Milwaukee 18 Fuel 1/2" Drill and Driver Kit, as well as a Milwaukee 18 Fuel Sawzall. A 12A Var Speed Sawzall fell out of his cart as he bolted out of the store.
He got away in a 2005 Cadillac sedan with the license plate: KAO-980.

Pueblo Police are looking for 26 year old Sydney Decker, who is 5'5", 210 pounds, with black hair and green eyes. Decker has two distinct tattoos: one above her right eye; the other on her neck.
PPD said she did not appear on charges that include Kidnapping a Victim of a Sexual Offense, Robbery, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and Theft.
Her bond amount is $105,000.
