Owner says water is back on ‘for good’ at Woodland Park mobile home park
The water at the Woodland Park Village Mobile Home Park is back on for good after two weeks of having it shut off overnight.
Peter LaBarre has owned the property for several years now and says the last couple months he’s been dealing with leaks.
We reported last week when residents reported losing access to their water overnight. LaBarre says he was shutting off the water from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. every night to save water while he tries to find the source of the leaks.
LaBarre says they’ve found leaks are coming directly from people’s homes and are urging them to fix them within a week.
He says they’re also in the process of getting the water tested to make sure it’s drinkable and useable.
