Weld County deputy stops to help change a flat tire

When Deputy Collier of the Weld County Sheriff’s Office saw someone trying to change a tire at night, he decided to see if he could help, Weld County posted Wednesday.

Collier stopped to provide light, protection from oncoming traffic, and finished helping the driver change the tire.
