Crews respond to grass fire in El Paso County
El Paso County authorities and Falcon firefighters responded to a grass fire near Falcon Highway Thursday.
The fire happened just west of Curtis Road at about 10:55 a.m.
The blaze was extinguished quickly and contained to about 2.5 acres. No firefighters or civilians were injured.
Investigators are still working on determining the cause of the fire.
