TODAY: Mostly sunny skies with temps in the 70s over the higher elevations, while the lower regions will see the low to upper 80s. We’ll even have a few reading in the low 90s for the southeastern plains. A few thunderstorms are possible, with the highest risk of storms being along the eastern plains.

TONIGHT: Mostly clear, with temps in the low to mid 50s, while the southeastern plains will be in the upper 50s.

EXTENDED: The dry and warm trend will continue into the weekend, as temps will climb into the low 90s, with parts of the eastern plains making it to the mid 90s. Red Flag conditions are possible on Sunday, as much of the area will be warm, dry, and breezy. Memorial Day is looking excellent, with temps in the low to mid 80s and partly cloudy skies. Our next best chance for rain will be on Tuesday and Wednesday.
