For the second time in two months, an ATM has been ripped from its drive-thru lane in Colorado Springs. On Monday morning just after 4:20 a.m., Colorado Springs Police responded to UMB Bank on Cheyenne Mountain Road.
It appeared the thieves used a front loader to rip the ATM, but the piece of equipment was left behind at the scene.

Colorado Springs Police has not returned a call for comment on the investigation.
The bank was closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. No word yet on when the ATM will be replaced.
