What is COS 301?

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) – COS 301 would pass a city tax increase for the sale of retail/recreational marijuana.

The sales tax on recreational marijuana would be 5%. 

The money would be for the sole purpose of funding public safety programs, mental health services, and post-traumatic stress disorder treatment programs for veterans.
