Calmer weather returns, seasonable temperatures

Overview:  We're tracking warmer air and lesser chances for thunderstorms.

Tonight:  Scattered showers and thunderstorms will end this evening leaving most areas partly cloudy during the night. Low temperatures will fall into the 50s and 60s for most areas, but the high mountain valleys may dip into the 40s.

Sunday:  Partly cloudy and warmer with isolated thunderstorms possible mainly over and near the mountains. High temperatures will reach the 80s and 90s over the plains, 70s and 80s for the mountains and high mountain valleys.

Extended:  We expect isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms over and near the mountains most days this week, but overall this week looks warmer and drier than last. By later in the week thunderstorms may become stronger and more numerous over the plains again
