TONIGHT: Partly cloudy skies and mild overnight with the low-50s overnight.

WEDNESDAY: Some sunshine possible in the morning timeframe with calm winds. Temps will reach the upper 70's by the afternoon hours. Areas across the Eastern Plains will soar into the low 80's. Gusty west winds increase by the afternoon hours yielding more clouds to develop. A few storms for the eastern plains possible after 3pm.

EXTENDED: Warm through the start of the holiday weekend, with increasing chances for rain showers and thunderstorms Sunday and Monday.
