TONIGHT: Thunderstorms will quickly come to an end after around 9 PM. Skies will gradually clear overnight and morning lows falling into the low and mid-60s by sunrise.

TOMORROW: Light haze from wildfire smoke lingers, temps rebound back into the 80's and 90's. Storms possible for local mtn cities and higher terrain areas.

EXTENDED: Cool front sweeps the state Friday yielding widespread evening storms and a change in temperatures heading into the weekend. As temperatures retreat our chance for showers and thunderstorms will advance upwards for Saturday as well. And longer range models are pointing towards a possibly more significant cool down by the middle of next week.
