Patchy fog to start the morning

Patchy fog with reduced visibility is building this morning, potentially affecting the morning commute. By the afternoon, sunshine should prevail. High temperatures will reach the upper 60s and low 70s, with skies clearing into the afternoon. Winds will pick up, becoming gusty out of the south at times.

High pressure will be mostly in control of the forecast going forward. Expect plenty of sunshine through the weekend and into next week. Saturday will be the warmest of the weekend days, with afternoon highs expected to reach the upper 70s and lower 80s. Temperatures will cool off slightly for Sunday as a cold front passes through, but we'll feel a rebound to above-average temperatures for much of next week. Precipitation chances will generally be limited, although a few showers will be possible by Tuesday, especially in the mountains.
