COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo (KRDO)--

Warm and dry weather finished our weekend with Temperatures in the upper 70s and lower 80s. And now, we see moisture on the way, along with several days of rain here in Southeast Colorado.

Monday will start out with lots of sunshine, but by evening rush hour, isolated thundershowers will pop up, bringing brief heavy rain and gusty winds. A stray storm should form over Colorado Springs between 6 and 8 pm. More rain is possible on Tuesday, but the big relief from this hot and dry weather comes on Friday and Saturday.
