WEATHER ALERT: MORE SNOW WEDNESDAY

TONIGHT: Lingering flurries tonight but no widespread accumulations expected. Temps tonight in the teens and '20s under mostly cloudy skies.

WEDNESDAY: Temps in the 30'a and mostly cloudy afternoon skies with snow showers moving in by the afternoon hours with light accumulations possible for the Pikes Peak region and moderate to heavier snow showers likely for parts of the Southeast Plains, Raton Pass and Pueblo/Fremont Counties where Winter Weather Alerts are in effect from Wednesday afternoon to Thursday morning.

EXTENDED: Clearing skies for Thursday; however, temperatures still quite chilly staying in the 30s with partly sunny skies. Friday will be day 1 of the warming trend, bouncing back into the high 40s and 50s. But all good things must come to an end, snow chances return late Saturday with Sunday likely cloudy, cold with snow showers possible.
