U.S. Air Force Academy cadet passes away while in school

U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. (KRDO) -- The U.S. Air Force Academy announced Tuesday afternoon a cadet had passed away.

According to the USAFA Twitter, Cadet Third Class Hunter Brown died Monday, Jan. 9 after suffering a medical emergency while on his way to class.

The USAFA said their thoughts are with his family, friends, teammates, and fellow cadets.
