COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- If you call Boulder, Denver, Colorado Springs, or Fort Collins home, US News & World Report says you're living the sweet life in the best places in the United States.

The 150 Best Places to Live in the US for 2020-2021 was released this week, and Colorado Springs again made the top-five list, coming in at number 4. In the 2019 report, the Springs was ranked at number 3.

Boulder nabbed the top spot, with Denver being called the number 2 best place to live. Fort Collins rounded out the top five.

US News & World Report says our cities have a high quality of life for residents, and good value, resulting in the high marks across numerous categories. Colorado Springs also earned a perfect 10 out of 10 for desirability.

Colorado was the only state to have multiple cities in the top 10 list. Other cities near the top include Charlotte, North Carolina; Des Moines, Iowa; Fayetteville, Arkansas; Portland, Oregon; and San Francisco, California.
