UMass-Lowell earns 67-64 victory against NJIT

NEWARK, N.J. — Led by Mikey Watkins’ 15 points, the UMass-Lowell River Hawks defeated the NJIT Highlanders 67-64 on Saturday. The River Hawks are now 13-2 with the win and the Highlanders dropped to 3-11 after the American East Conference opener for both teams.
