NEW BRITAIN, Conn. — Led by Jalen Rucker’s 18 points, the Army Black Knights defeated the Central Connecticut State Blue Devils 66-55 on Tuesday night. The Black Knights improved to 6-7 with the victory and the Blue Devils fell to 2-11.
