Crash at W. Cimmaron St. and S. Sierra Madre St. took down traffic signals

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) reports a crash at W Cimmaron St. & S Sierra Madre St. that's affected traffic lights.

CSPD says that the crash involved a large shipping container. Traffic lights were taken down during the crash.

Drivers are asked to find an alternate route.

A KRDO crew at the scene said first responders were working to clear the scene as of 3:45 p.m.
