Meet Sooty! The HSPPR Pet of the week

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) - This is Sooty, and he is your Pet of the Week from the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region!

Sooty is an 11-year-old black Domestic Shorthair cat who came into HSPPR as an owner surrender.

Sooty is a sweet, energetic boy who loves attention and will happily lean into pets whenever you give him the chance. He’s also an enthusiastic greeter who will be first in line to welcome you home every day.

Sooty is easily overstimulated and will thrive with several interactive play sessions each day to keep his busy mind and body happy, and he’ll need to be the only cat in his home.

Sooty’s adoption is $50, and he will go home with his vaccinations, a voucher for a vet exam, a microchip, and he is already neutered. You can see all the other cats, dogs, and small animals available for adoption at HSPPR.org, or stop by the shelter at 610 Abbot Lane to visit Sooty today.
