The Fourth of July will bring us partly cloudy skies and some smoky air over a good part of Southern Colorado. We do have a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm in the afternoon, mainly between 3 and 5 P.M. We will have winds out of the east will will help bring in some moisture. Highs will climb into the lower 90s.

Sunday will bring us a better chance of showers and thunderstorms. We will see partly cloudy skies and slightly cooler temperatures, with highs in the mid to upper 80s.

A chance of showers and thunderstorms will stick around through Wednesday in the upcoming week.
